Affiliation Forms are due on 31st January & any monies due should be paid by 31st March each year.
Life and Individual Members should complete this form each year in order that the Association may maintain accurate records.
Please ensure that you click on the "Submit" button when you are done.
No fees are involved for existing members.
PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this form, you consent to the CSSC TSA processing and storing your information for the purpose of maintaining accurate membership records. No personal information is passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
The CSSC TSA will maintain records of its members for a minimum period of 6 years, for the administration of membership, accounts and competitions.
